The Bomb Keto Soup


     I found this recipe on Pinterest, however some of the ingrdients called for are processed. Which, in my opinion, defeats the keto diet being as less processed as possible. So I remade it with fresh ingredients. Oh and added garlic, because garlic is life!


Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
2-3 cloves of garlic, crushes & chopped
1/2 bell pepper, any color, diced
2 small or 1 large tomato, diced
2 cups broth, beef, chicken, or veggie
8 oz cream cheese, full fat
Salt & pepper to taste

I double this for my family..

Directions:


  • Brown beef, onion, and garlic.
  • Add bell pepper and fry another 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, broth, and cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese melts. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  • Salt & pepper to taste.
