Ingredients:
2 cups chicken (bag #9)
1 cup red grapes
1 cup cashews
2-3 green onions stalks
1-2 celery sticks
1/2 mayo
1/2 sour cream
Salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
Directions:
Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces.. (cut the grapes and cashews in half)
Mix the mayo and sour cream with the salt, black and cayenne pepper..
Stir in the rest of the ingredients..
Enjoy the salad on croissants..
Or as is, it is super delish!
