Fresh Quinoa Salad

     Do you have a favorite salad? I would have to say my favorite is my quinoa salad. It looks good, smells good, tastes good, and is so good for you!


Ingredients:

You can add just about anything to it, but this is the base of the salad..

  • Cooked, cooled quinoa 
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Onion; white, yellow, red, or green
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Avocado oil or, my favorite, fresh sunflower oil



Other ingredients you can add:
  • Kale
  • Avocado
  • Sweet peas
  • Bell peppers 
  • Pretty much any vegetable that can be eaten raw

Chop everything, mix, and serve. I could eat this every day!!
