Ingredients:
You can add just about anything to it, but this is the base of the salad..
- Cooked, cooled quinoa
 - Romaine lettuce
 - Tomatoes
 - Cucumbers
 - Onion; white, yellow, red, or green
 - Fresh dill
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Avocado oil or, my favorite, fresh sunflower oil
 
Other ingredients you can add:
- Kale
 - Avocado
 - Sweet peas
 - Bell peppers
 - Pretty much any vegetable that can be eaten raw
