Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed & diced
1/2 bell pepper, any color, diced
2 small or 1 large tomato, diced
2 cups broth, beef, chicken, or veggie
8 oz cream cheese, full fat, cut up into small cubes
Salt & pepper to taste
I double this for my family..
Directions:
- Brown beef, onion, and garlic.
- Add bell pepper and fry another 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, broth, and cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese melts. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
